Executive Chef Isabelle Moreau trained in Lyon before spending a decade at Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe. In 2018, she brought that experience to Yorkville with a menu rooted in technique, driven by what's freshest that week, and built around the ancient tradition of cooking over live fire.
Every dish on our menu changes with the seasons. Every vegetable comes from farms within 200km of our kitchen. Every night is a new conversation between the fire and what the earth gave us.
